[ntpwg] TICTOC BOF scheduled for this morning

Folks,

I mentioned this before, but there is an ongoing discussion on the
chartering of a new working group in the IETF to address next generation
timing requirements. It is possible that next generation NTP work will
be done in the context of this working group. At the very least, the NTP
WG will need to work closely with this group. If you are interested, I
suggest you follow today's meeting and comment on the charter. The
standard audio and jabber sessions will be available.
