The SJ Server was hit by both misuses by different players.  FWIW We had the
same problem that Poul-Henning did only Poul-Henning's settlement was
apparently exclusive of anyone who suffered damage and is assumed by the
public to have solved the problem entirely, which we all know isn't true. We
had to move the server and increase its bandwidth because of this. It was a
pain.
