sure there is. But this group doesnt want to talk about how it would work 
because it has nothing to do with technology.  The funy thing is your saying 
that there isnt such a cure doesnt change that there in fact is just such a 
cure. Its like running into the sun and proclaiming in pitch black outside. 
You proclamation doesnt change that if the license was restrictive and it 
was violated that the commercial consequences from that would corral the 
market... sorry but it is what it is Ted.

If you want to prove me wrong allow me to change the license so that those 
damaged by its misuse have a contractual claim against those causing the 
damage.
