I'm just pointing out the obvious.   I'm sorry it's so difficult for  
you to see.   Let me illustrate with an example.   Remember when that  
router vendor hard-coded the NTP server IP addresses in their millions  
of boxes, and a well-known NTP server got so badly hammered that there  
was no fix?

They were legally liable for the damage they did.   Just like someone  
would be if they violated the license.   But the damage was still  
done, and couldn't be undone.   And so it would be with the license.    
So the license doesn't help - it doesn't stop the mistake that you  
with you could stop.
