Poul-Henning Kamp wasn't sued by Linksys. He contacted them to get
made whole for the damage their firmware caused to him in direct
bandwidth costs. Linksys released new firmware and agreed to make him
happy in other ways that was never released to the public.

The problem of a hard-coded IPv4 address remains, but in this instance
eventually the right thing happened. Or as close as one can get in
today's less than ideal world.
