Precisely as many as appear in the DNS reply.  There is no upper or
arbitrary limit internally, so DNS limits apply.  If the query is
made via TCP, I understand the DNS reply packet can be up to 64KB,
of which a subset would be actual answers.

Note that although the construction of the option contents from DNS
names has no internal limit, the resulting data buffer may be too
large to fit into a DHCP reply packet (~312 bytes, possibly another
192 bytes) particularly with other higher priority configuration
values present.  In this situation, the data is omitted entirely
rather than truncated for inclusion.
