No its not - what is important is to get a fully blown NTP service 
integrated into ALL Microsoft SW platforms.  Microsoft's arrogance to refuse 
to bring their OS's into the same league as the *ix platforms is not the 
WG's problem.

If you want to build a commercial-only service which is specific to 
Microsoft, then build something that works from an audit perspective.
